Zi Wei Dou Shu’s fourteen Main Stars fall into four archetypes: Pioneering, Leadership, Supportive, and Cooperative. Today we cover the seven stars of the Pioneering and Leadership types.
【Pioneering (Sha Po Lang)】

⭐ Qi Sha (Seven Killings): the general star. Tough, risk-taking, full of drive — built for breaking new ground. Strength: decisive and bold. Weakness: impulsive, lacking patience.

⭐ Po Jun (Army Breaker): the destruction star. Rebellious, fickle, powerful force for disruption — built for big destruction and big creation. Strength: willing to change. Weakness: short attention span.

⭐ Tan Lang (Greedy Wolf): the peach-blossom star. Multi-talented, socially skilled, strong desires. Strength: fast learner, well-liked. Weakness: trying to do too much.
【Leadership (Zi Fu Wu Xiang)】

⭐ Zi Wei (Purple Emperor): the emperor star. Noble and proud, strong leadership instinct, likes to be obeyed. Strength: takes responsibility, values image. Weakness: vain, can’t bear to play second fiddle.

⭐ Tian Fu (Celestial Storehouse): the treasury star. Steady and conservative, good with money, generous. Strength: down-to-earth. Weakness: passive, lacking drive.

⭐ Wu Qu (Military Music): the wealth star. Pragmatic and resolute, efficiency-minded, sharp money sense. Strength: high execution. Weakness: too serious, poor at expressing emotion.

⭐ Tian Xiang (Celestial Minister): the seal star. Fair and objective, principled, good at coordination. Strength: responsible, values commitment. Weakness: indecisive.
Pioneering types fit roles needing drive — entrepreneurship, sales, military, police. Leadership types fit roles needing stability — management, administration, finance.
